		<description>They get paid a per day rate depending upon their experience in being able to negotiate with each of the production companies they work.  Of course all expenses are paid.  Sometimes there is a remote location premium paid, but again that is negotiable.  The last time I shot as a stills photographer, I  was paid $100 over scale per day, I think because I knew the director ... and I got my name in the credits as well.

You can check with some of the production companies and see what scale is in this century ... ;&gt;)</description>
