I do know hat during your time in school you also work in or at different restaurants. Some are very high class. I know for my self b4 I join the military i was offered the school in New Jersey and could work and my aunts golf club. They had to pay something around $1000 dues each year. As it turned out I went into the service's instead after 2 years of cooking in HS. I still try to apply some of it around home and enjoy cooking as well as the cooking channel. I have often considered attending the school here in NC not far from home but I think my age and disability won't let me. i have done some cooking for the DAV. It was fun. You can definitely work in a high-end restaurant, the advisors at your college should be able to help you answer the dreaded career questions before you graduate.
