He is the best hairdresser within 2 hours and i LOVE going there. I went through hell to get this appointment and i explained to him that i needed it for a funeral on Thursday for the afternoon but i was just informed that the funeral in the morning, I cant do it at all before the funeral. Please help.

The hairdresser I’ve gone to for over 7 years is moving. She’ll be almost a 2 hour drive away (each way). As much as I love going to her, I don’t think I can manage driving that far and then doing the usual hour and half visit to do foil highlights.

Should I do the drive anyway, or take a chance with someone new? I have highlights in different shades. Is this the sort of thing that everyone knows how to do these days?

She has been a hairdresser for 28 years and moved from where she had all her clientel to Sacramento, CA. Everywhere she goes the rent is too much and she cannot afford anything. What is the best thing for her to do if she wants to make some money either from home or doing something in her own career? Im a guy and i have an appointment tomorrw with my hairdresser. She doesnt know that im letting my hair grow long. How do i tell her that im wanting to have my hair layered and whats a cute way to get layers cut into my hair since im growing it long? My hair doesnt quite reach my collar yet.
Any links or pictures would really be appreciated. I have my appointment tomorrow at 12:30 central time. I need to have some answers so i can tell my stylist what i want done.

Hi! Can anyone tell me how I can find out if my hairdresser (who works out of her home) has a valid and current license in Illinois?
I should add that she says she lost her license, & is waiting for a replacement, but I’d like proof before I go back.
